The Western North Carolina Farmers Market opens for the season every April! Spend a few hours browsing fresh fruits and vegetables, jams, honey, and other local items. Then, grab lunch at the deli! Also located here is Jesse Israel & Sons Garden and Nursery Center. They offer a variety of trees and flowers for purchase including a greenhouse full of tropical plants and a 40-foot waterfall!

There’s always something going on at the Biltmore Estate, and spring is no exception. Not only can you enjoy the usual house tours, but you can also see their newly planted gardens at Biltmore Blooms. This festival celebrates spring with more than 75,000 tulips, orchids, azaleas, and elaborate floral displays throughout the property.
