About the Wheels Through Time Museum

Founded in 1993 by Dale Walksler, theĀ Wheels Through Time MuseumĀ is one of the top places to learn about American motorcycle history. The museum has over 300 displays of rare and historically classic all-American motorcycles.

Some of the motorcycles you will see on your tour are Harley-Davidson, Indian, Excelsior, Henderson, and more. While you will marvel at the big-named motorcycles, other types of bikes are featured here as well. Some other exciting displays are original paint machines, board track racers, American Dirt Track racing, and choppers and bobbers.

When you get there, you can see at least twelve displays of motorcycles from different eras, including exhibits like The “Swim Shop,” Americas Rarest, and the Chopper Graveyard. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Many other fascinating exhibits depicting motorcycle history will easily keep you busy all day.

Admission is at a steal price, with adults for $15, Seniors for $12, and Kids at $7. While you are there, be sure to check out their store. They have t-shirts, mugs, books, and souvenirs for everyone in the family.

Wheels Through Time Museum Raffle

Also, be sure toĀ enter their raffle. Every year, the Wheels Through Time Museum raffles off a bike. Past winners received Harley-Davidsons like the 1937 Knucklehead Bobber, the 1948 Harley-Davidson Panhead, and the 1939 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead.

This annual raffle serves a few purposes. The first is to bring about awareness and education about classic motorcycles, the second purpose is to raise money for the museum, and the last goal is because it is fun to win one of these beauties!
