4th of July in Asheville, NC
If you plan to head to Asheville, there will be a fantastic Independence Day fireworks display. Head downtown to Park Square Park for an afternoon of fun. There will be lots of entertainment planned for the day. The day will start with the Ultimate Air Dogs competition. Live music for the day will feature a variety of local bands. Feel free to enjoy a beer or glass of wine from the vendors that will be there. There will also be lots of food trucks available to satiate your hunger. Or, if you would like, there are restaurants in walking distance that will give you plenty of time to eat and then head back for the Independence Day fireworks display. Their Independence Day fireworks show will start at 9:30, and the best seat will be in the park.
South Asheville, NC
Lake Julian also has a fabulous event for the 4th of July. Join in around the lake, and bring your favorite chair or picnic blanket. Food trucks and live music will lend to the festive mood. And it’s the perfect place to celebrate with the many picnic tables, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and other things to do around the park. The fireworks show starts around 9-9:30 pm.
Lake Junaluska, NC
Lake Junaluska is a fantastic place to celebrate the 4th of July. This family-friendly event hosts live music, a BBQ, fireworks, and floating wish lanterns!
Independence Day Fireworks Near Saluda in Hendersonville, NC
Hendersonville will be celebrating, starting with a parade at 10:30 am. Then the rest of the day will be spent enjoying food, inflatables, kids’ games, live music, and an exciting fireworks show at 9:30 pm!
