Dear Guests,
We are delighted to inform you all that our Inn, restaurant, and spa have reopened successfully.
Each and every guest we’ve had has expressed how comfortable and safe they’ve felt being here. We are sanitizing all guest rooms and common areas frequently, wearing masks, taking the temperature of every employee when they clock in, to work, and adhering to strict social distancing throughout the property. We’re using every other table in the dining room and have created beautiful dine out areas on our front porch and back terrace. Our servers and staff will be wearing masks and social distancing will be strictly enforced. The safety of ourselves, our guests and our staff is of paramount importance. We look forward to continuing to serve fabulous farm to table fine dining meals in a lovely atmosphere with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Reservations are required. Seating begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and goes until 8:30 pm. Brunch will be served on Sundays from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.
Our cottages and suites are naturally perfect for social distancing and upstairs in the Inn, we use alternating rooms to whatever extent possible. We strip everything from all accommodations when guests check out and wash thoroughly with extra sanitation. Every tablecloth gets replaced between diners. In the spa, every area is thoroughly sanitized between treatments, and all towels and sheets are cleaned with sanitizing detergents as well.
We have integrated all these initiatives for the safety and well-being of our most appreciated guests and staff, as well as ourselves. When you’re ready to get away you know you have a safe place in the pristine mountains of western North Carolina where the air quality is some of the best anywhere in the world and the hospitality is always warm & gracious.
