Whitewater Trips
Imagine the rushing water carrying you down the river! This exciting activity is one of the most popular excursions offered by Green River Adventures. There are multiple rafting levels so everyone from beginners to experts will have an option. If it’s your first time rafting, we suggest going on the Lower Green River Adventure. Perfect for beginners, you’ll be treated to easy rapids, gorgeous scenery, and entertainment executed by expert guides along the way.
Waterfall Rappelling
There are tons of gorgeous waterfalls located in the area around Orchard Inn. To truly appreciate them, you need to do more than just a waterfall hike. Green River Adventures offers waterfall rappelling. You’ll get to descend a waterfall suspended by a rope. There are multiple levels offered, but if you have never rappelled before, we suggest starting out with Little Bradley Waterfall. After a quick lesson on what you need to know about general rappelling, harnesses, and gear, you’ll head to the 70-foot cascade and rappel down.
Kayak Instruction
True thrill-seekers love kayaking through the rapids! However, this past time takes skill. Luckily for you, Green River Adventures offers personal private kayak clinics. Your instructor will customize your class so you can meet your goals and finally get out on the water yourself!
If you’re not interested in the clinics, they also offer kayak and gear rentals. You’ll find everything you need to paddle your day away.
Miscellaneous Offerings
Green River Adventures offers tons of excursions. The Classic Swimming Hole Hike will take you on a 1.5-mile hike through easy trails until you reach a secret location filled with waterfalls, rocks, and swimming areas. Another favorite is the Zipline Canopy Tour where you will get to soar over the treetops on the fastest zipline canopy tour in the United States.
