This North Carolina mountain wedding package reserves the entire Inn for your ceremony and offers plenty of room for customization to make your wedding truly yours.
At The Orchard Inn, all we wish for you to do is walk down the aisle on your special day. From the floral arrangements, to the photography, to the seating areas, to the reception space, our all-inclusive wedding packages in the NC mountains are designed to handle everything for you. All you and your special someone need to do is exchange your vows and begin this exciting new chapter in your lives. Large Group Wedding Package at The Orchard Inn
Included in this $15,000 (Mon-Wed) / $20,000 (Thurs-Sun) package* are:
- The entire Inn (9 rooms in the Inn, 5 cottages, and 2 luxury suites) is exclusively yours for two nights, so you have full use of all our common areas (based on double occupancy/additional guests are $35 each)
- Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere
- Wedding Cake
- *Add 20% for the month of October
Couples will need to obtain a North Carolina marriage license as the ceremony will be performed in North Carolina. The Polk County Register of Deeds issues marriage licenses from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, and they are good for sixty days. No blood tests or waiting periods are required.
Hors-d'oeuvres and fabulous, 4-course fine dining meal $139.00 per person, includes: Venue Fee, all linens and set up fees, all tax and 22% gratuity - only beverages are extra and charged on a consumption basis. A $3,500 minimum is required to buy out Newman's Restaurant.
1 hour photography, 1 hour editing, all images in high resolution - $600.00. Contact us for additional packages.
