AIR is made up of suppliers, chefs, farmers, culinary teachers, restaurateurs, and sponsors that are dedicated to their mission.
The money raised at Taste of Asheville goes towards great causes such as the Chefs of Tomorrow Scholarship that helps aspiring chefs go to a local culinary school.
